This page lists the rights of air passengers under EU Regulation 261/2004 when a flight is cancelled. It only applies to those passengers flying from an EU* airport, or from an airport outside the EU*, to an EU* airport, on an EU* carrier.

Was your flight cancelled on the day of departure, or up to 7 days before you were due to depart, and does your new flight depart more than one hour before the original scheduled time of departure, or arrive more than two hours after the original scheduled arrival time?

Was your flight cancelled between 7 and 14 days before you were due to depart, and does your new flight depart more than two hours before the original scheduled time of departure, or arrive more than four hours after the original scheduled arrival time?

If yes, click here.

 

Was your flight cancelled more than 14 days before your departure

or

between 7 and 14 days before your departure, and does your new flight depart no more than two hours before the original scheduled time of departure, and arrive less than four hours after the original scheduled arrival time

or

less than 7 days before your departure, and does your new flight depart no more than one hour before the original scheduled time of departure, and arrive less than two hours after the original scheduled arrival time?
